Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Kardi App account and associated personal data at any time. You do not need the app installed to submit a request.

Option 1 — In the app

This permanently deletes your account and associated learning data from our systems, subject to short technical backups and any records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (for example subscription receipts held by Apple or Google).

Open Kardi App and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — By email (no app required)

Email dev@amuseemus.com from the address linked to your account, with subject Delete Kardi App account.

Include:

The email address of the account to delete
A clear request to delete the account and associated data

We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days (usually sooner).

What is deleted

App Store / Google Play subscription billing records remain with Apple or Google. Deleting your Kardi account does not cancel Kardi Pro. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Apple Settings → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or you may keep being charged.
